Η BriQ Properties αναζητά Executive Assistant & Office Coordinator με θετική διάθεση, επαγγελματισμό και ευελιξία να συμμετέχει σε ποικίλες δραστηριότητες της εταιρείας.
Ο/Η κατάλληλος/η υποψήφιος/α θα συνδυάζει οργανωτικές ικανότητες με δημιουργικό πνεύμα και θα συμβάλλει ουσιαστικά στην εύρυθμη λειτουργία του γραφείου και στην υποστήριξη των εταιρικών πρωτοβουλιών.
Κύρια Καθήκοντα και Αρμοδιότητες
Διαχείριση τηλεφωνικού κέντρου και ηλεκτρονικής αλληλογραφίας.
Οργάνωση και τήρηση αρχείων (φυσικών και ηλεκτρονικών).
Προγραμματισμός συναντήσεων, συνεδριάσεων και ταξιδιών.
Διαχείριση εσωτερικής αλληλογραφίας (εγγράφων, αναφορών και πρακτικών).
Υποδοχή επισκεπτών και συνεργατών.
Υποστήριξη των τμημάτων της Εταιρείας σε διοικητικές και οργανωτικές εργασίες.
Marketing & επικοινωνία:
- Ενημέρωση της εταιρικής ιστοσελίδας.
- Διαχείριση εταιρικού LinkedIn και υποστήριξη δράσεων προβολής.
CSR & εταιρικές πρωτοβουλίες:
- Υλοποίηση και παρακολούθηση χορηγιών και δράσεων κοινωνικής ευθύνης.
- Οργάνωση team bonding activities και εταιρικών εκδηλώσεων.
- Υποστήριξη εκπαιδευτικών και αναπτυξιακών προγραμμάτων προσωπικού.
- Συνεργασία με όλα τα τμήματα της εταιρείας, συμβάλλοντας σε ένα ομαδικό και θετικό εργασιακό περιβάλλον.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
- Απόφοιτος/η ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ ή ΙΕΚ διοικητικής ή συναφούς κατεύθυνσης.
- Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (γραπτά & προφορικά).
- Ικανότητες οργάνωσης, επικοινωνίας και διαχείρισης χρόνου.
- Προσαρμοστικότητα, διάθεση για συνεχή μάθηση και συμμετοχή σε διαφορετικά projects.
- Θετική στάση, επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά και εχεμύθεια.
Επιθυμητά Προσόντα
- Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση (διοικητική υποστήριξη, office management, marketing/CSR).
- Γνώση εργαλείων digital marketing και social media.
- Εξοικείωση με HR systems, ERP ή λογισμικά διαχείρισης εγγράφων.
- Ικανότητα να αναλαμβάνει πρωτοβουλίες και να συντονίζει πολλαπλές δραστηριότητες.
