ΚύριεςΑρμοδιότητες :

  • Υποστήριξη τμήματος πωλήσεων.
  • Καταχώρηση, Αρχειοθέτηση έκδοση παραστατικών πωλήσεων.
  • Έλεγχος αποδόσεων ενεργειών και προετοιμασία για έγκριση έκδοσης των αντίστοιχων τιμολογίων.

  • Αποδόσεις Προωθητικών ενεργειών για πελάτες καναλιού Traditional Trade.

  • Δημιουργία και αποστολή στατιστικών Reports (άμεση ή περιοδική παρακολούθηση).

  • Δημιουργία & Αποστολή εβδομαδιαίων / μηνιαίων Reports ( ERP).

  • Επικοινωνία με όλα τα τμήματα της εταιρείας με σκοπό την διεκπεραίωση αιτημάτων που αφορούν το Εμπορικό τμήμα.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Εμπειρία σε θέσεις Back Office / Admin Τμήματος Πωλήσεων.
  • Υψηλό επίπεδο χρήσης MS Office, Outlook & πολύ καλή γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ & ERP.
  • Επιθυμητό πτυχίο Α.Ε.Ι. / Τ.Ε.Ι./ Ι.Ε.Κ., ( Οικονομικά, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ).
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών.
  • Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις (για τους άντρες υποψήφιους).

  • Υπευθυνότητα, συνέπεια και επαγγελματισμός.
  • Εμπορική αντίληψη, άνεση στην επικοινωνία.
  • Ικανότητα σύνθεσης & Ανάλυσης στοιχείων.
  • Ομαδικότητα και συνεργασία.
  • Αφοσίωση στις διαδικασίες της εταιρίας και στις απαιτήσεις της θέσης.
  • Τήρηση των χρονοδιαγραμμάτων με μεγάλη προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.
