We are seeking for an experienced and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our Project Finance team within the Corporate and Investment Banking unit.

This role is pivotal in delivering comprehensive financial solutions to large-scale infrastructure, energy, transportation, and urban development projects. You will contribute directly to the Bank's strategic direction by supporting complex financing structures, leveraging European financial instruments, and fostering high-impact client relationships.

Responsibilities

· Build and manage a portfolio of strategic clients in the infrastructure, energy, and public-private partnership sectors

· Identify high-potential financing opportunities and expand the Bank's presence through proactive market engagement and business development

· Prepare and present comprehensive financing proposals that reflect the full scope of the client relationship

· Collaborate closely with internal teams and external advisors to deliver seamless execution

· Oversee post-close project performance and covenant compliance, addressing client and internal needs proactively

· Monitor market trends, policy changes, and sector-specific developments to be fully up to speed and shape competitive offerings

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Engineering, or any related field.

· MSc or MBA in a relevant discipline will be considered as an asset.

· Approximately 5 years of relevant professional experience within banking, project finance, or consulting / corporate finance industry

· Knowledge of cash flow modeling, analysis and valuation skills

· Experience with project finance legal documentation

· Professional certifications such as CFA, ACCA, or equivalent, will be considered a plus

· Solid understanding and interest in project finance complex structures and principles

· Ability to manage complexity, drive transactions, and deliver under tight deadlines

· Curiosity, adaptability, and an eagerness to stay ahead of evolving market trends

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

· Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
