On behalf of our client, one of the most dynamic companies in the field of telecommunication & infrastructure services, we are looking for a Procurement Partner (Services) that will be based in Athens, Greece.

Our client is delivering large-scale projects across Greece and abroad, while shaping the future through cutting-edge technology solutions.

A Procurement Partner is responsible for managing relationships with suppliers, vendors, and strategic partners to ensure smooth procurement processes. Their role focuses on collaboration, negotiation, and optimizing supplier performance to align with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Supplier Relationship Management – Building and maintaining strong partnerships with key suppliers
  • Contract Negotiation – Ensuring favorable terms and conditions in procurement agreements
  • Performance Monitoring – Evaluating supplier performance using KPIs (cost, quality, delivery, compliance)
  • Risk Management – Identifying and mitigating supply chain risks
  • Cost Optimization – Finding ways to reduce procurement costs without compromising quality
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams – Working with finance, operations, and legal teams to align procurement strategy with company goals

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, (MBA is a plus)
  • 4+ years of experience in procurement execution, and 3 of these in supplier management
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
