Υπάρχει θέση στην ομάδα μας και σε περιμένει

Αρμοδιότητες θέσης:

  • Την καθοδήγηση και παρακίνηση της ομάδας στις τηλεφωνικές πωλήσεις κινητής & σταθερής τηλεφωνίας

Παρακολούθηση των εργασιών της ομάδας με σκοπό την επίτευξη ατομικών και ομαδικών στόχων

  • Έλεγχος και διασφάλιση της ποιότητας των κλήσεων

  • Διεξαγωγή ατομικών και ομαδικών εκπαιδευτικών προγραμμάτων με σκοπό την ενίσχυση της ομάδας

  • Χρήση ηλεκτρονικού συστήματος για την παρακολούθηση και συλλογή στατιστικών δεδομένων

  • Δημιουργία αναφορών προς την ανώτερη Διοίκηση

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Επικοινωνιακές & Διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες

  • Ομαδικότητα

  • Ανθρωποκεντρική διαχείριση πελατών και παρακίνηση ομάδας

  • Άριστη χρήση Η/Υ (Excel, δημιουργία Reports)

  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε ανάλογη θέση θα συνεκτιμηθεί
