This is an excellent opportunity for driven sales professionals who are fluent in German and ready to make a significant impact in our team. As a Sales Expert, you will be responsible for developing relationships with clients, driving sales initiatives, and contributing to our growth in the German-speaking market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients through various outreach strategies to promote our services in German-speaking markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to maximize sales opportunities
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to meet client needs
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance offerings and address customer feedback
  • Document all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system for accurate reporting and analysis
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is highly advantageous
  • Previous experience in sales, particularly in a B2B environment, is preferred
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to influence and persuade
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong desire to contribute to the team's success
  • Willingness to relocate and embrace the excitement of living in a new country
  • Able to start in November
