About the Role:

We are seeking a Finance Officer to join our growing team. Working closely with the Financial Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the company's financial operations. This position involves day-to-day finance and accounting tasks, monitoring project budgets and cash flows, preparing management reports, and ensuring smooth financial communication across departments and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and monitor accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, expenses, revenues, and cash flow, while maintaining accurate documentation.

· Prepare and archive financial records (invoices, payroll, expenditure reports, etc.).

· Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.

· Track project payments, budgets, and costs, ensuring timely and accurate updates.

· Support budget and cash flow planning for new projects in coordination with the Technical Department.

· Maintain records of on-site workers' social contributions.

· Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders on financial matters.

Candidate Profile:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

· Minimum one (1) year of relevant professional experience.

· Strong command of MS Excel; experience with ERP/financial systems is a plus.

· Fluency in English (written and spoken).

· Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
