As Office & Finance Admin, you will be the organizational hub fast-growing team. You will work closely with the leadership team, making sure our daily operations run smoothly, efficiently, and with professionalism.

The main responsibilities of the
Office & Finance Admin
are:

  • Coordinate day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Handle invoices, expenses, and financial records with accuracy
  • Support reporting & financial decisions
  • Communicate with hotel owners, suppliers, and partners with discretion and professionalism
  • Anticipate issues and solve them before they become problems
  • Managing and setting up internal tools that optimize team's performance

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in administration/accounting
  • Comfortable with Excel & office tools
  • Fluency in Greek & English
