As Office & Finance Admin, you will be the organizational hub fast-growing team. You will work closely with the leadership team, making sure our daily operations run smoothly, efficiently, and with professionalism.

The main responsibilities of the
Office & Finance Admin
are:
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Handle invoices, expenses, and financial records with accuracy
- Support reporting & financial decisions
- Communicate with hotel owners, suppliers, and partners with discretion and professionalism
- Anticipate issues and solve them before they become problems
- Managing and setting up internal tools that optimize team's performance
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in administration/accounting
- Comfortable with Excel & office tools
- Fluency in Greek & English
