We are looking for a Warehouse Manager

Your day to day will include:

  • Plan and manage the operations of the Central Distribution Center, peripheral warehouses, and 3PL partners, ensuring smooth coordination across all locations.
  • Supervise, train, and lead warehouse teams, including order pickers and forklift operators, to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Monitor stock levels, product quality, and inventory accuracy, ensuring on-time order fulfillment and optimal stock availability.
  • Optimize order processing cycles to ensure best-in-class customer service and cost efficiency.
  • Implement and enhance picking procedures (pallet, box, and ideally piece picking).
  • Utilize and manage WMS, RF scanners, barcoding systems, and ERP tools.
  • Ensure effective inventory management of food products, emphasizing expiration dates and return processes.
  • Analyze performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions to boost productivity.
  • Oversee inbound, storage, picking, labeling, control, and loading operations.
  • Conduct and monitor stocktaking, equipment maintenance, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
  • Manage and participate in warehouse improvement projects, new distribution center setup, or expansion activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain efficiency and reporting accuracy.
  • Develop and manage fixed asset processes (storage, maintenance, distribution, and internal movement).
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing operational costs and increasing process effectiveness.

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or Economics.
  • Master's degree in a related field will be considered a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Supervisor, preferably in FMCG and ideally in frozen food.
  • Proven experience managing in-house warehouse teams.
  • Hands-on experience with RF scanners and WMS systems.
  • Excellent command of MS Excel; Power BI knowledge will be considered an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of order-picking processes (box-level and ideally piece-picking).
  • Experience with food inventory management and returns handling.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
