Job Opportunity: Sales Representative (Inbound) for Brazilian Portuguese Speakers

Location: Athens, Greece (Hybrid)

Are you a dynamic individual fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and proficient in English at a B2 level? Do you have a knack for B2B sales, cold calling, and upselling? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you Join our team as a Sales Representative (Inbound) and help drive our business forward.

About the Role: As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in our sales team, focusing on inbound sales activities. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that drive business growth. You will work in a hybrid model, balancing your time between our modern office in Athens and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound sales inquiries from potential clients and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Conduct cold calling and upselling activities to maximize sales potential.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless sales process.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese (both written and spoken) and proficiency in English at a B2 level.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales, including cold calling and upselling.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work the shift from 02:00 PM to 23:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Gross Salary: 1,700 per month plus performance bonus
  • Annual Salary: 14 salaries (12 monthly payments plus additional payments during Easter, summer, and Christmas)
  • Private Health & Life Insurance: Comprehensive coverage for you and your family.
  • Performance Bonus: Earn additional rewards based on your sales performance.
  • Annual Leave: 25 days of paid leave per year.
  • Meal Allowance: 50 meal voucher ticket per month.
  • Other Benefits:
    • Working hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, 5 days a week)
    • Permanent contract with a stable and supportive working environment.
    • Hybrid working model with flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.

Relocation Support only applicable for candidates within the EU:

  • Assistance with obtaining necessary documents Support with bureaucratic processes for newcomers to Athens.
