IT Support Engineer - End User Computing Solutions

Ρόλος:

  • Παρέχει τεχνική υποστήριξη σε χρήστες EUC, λύνοντας τεχνικά προβλήματα.
  • Εγκαθιστά, διαμορφώνει & ενημερώνει λογισμικό & υλικό EUC.
  • Αντιμετωπίζει προβλήματα σύνδεσης, εκτύπωσης & δικτύου.
  • Παρέχει εκπαίδευση & καθοδήγηση στους χρήστες EUC.
  • Συνεργάζεται με IT Solution Architects για την επίλυση σύνθετων προβλημάτων EUC.

Requirements:

Προφίλ Υποψηφίων:

Εκπαίδευση:

Πτυχίο ή μεταπτυχιακό δίπλωμα σε Πληροφορική, Μηχανική, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφή τομέα.

Εμπειρία:

  • 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας στην παροχή τεχνικής υποστήριξης σε χρήστες EUC.
  • Γνώση και εμπειρία με EUC technologies, όπως desktops, laptops, mobile devices, operating systems, και software applications.
  • Ικανότητα troubleshooting και επίλυσης τεχνικών προβλημάτων.
  • Ισχυρές επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες, ικανότητα να ερμηνεύει με σαφήνεια και συντομία τις τεχνικές πληροφορίες στους χρήστες.

Δεξιότητες:

  • Προσανατολισμός στον πελάτη και ικανότητα παροχής άριστου customer service.
  • Ικανότητα εργασίας εντός της ομάδας αλλά και ανεξάρτητα
  • Ευχέρεια στην εκμάθηση και προσαρμογή σε νέες τεχνολογίες και λογισμικά.
  • Ικανότητα τεκμηρίωσης και αναφοράς τεχνικών ζητημάτων.
