As the Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service within our luxury collection property. You will lead a talented housekeeping team to ensure a pristine environment for our guests.
About the role:
- Oversee all housekeeping operations and ensure that all areas of the property meet the established cleanliness and service standards.
- Manage and train housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Conduct regular inspections to guarantee compliance with quality assurance and safety protocols.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets and inventory of housekeeping supplies.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and ensure smooth operations.
- Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar role in a luxury hotel environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
- Ability to manage budgets and inventory effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to train and motivate a diverse team.
