Καθήκοντα:
- Προετοιμασία και μαγείρεμα πιάτων σύμφωνα με τις συνταγές και τα πρότυπα ποιότητας του ξενοδοχείου.
- Βοήθεια στη διαχείριση αποθεμάτων και προμηθειών τροφίμων.
- Συμμετοχή στη διασφάλιση της καθαριότητας και της υγιεινής στην κουζίνα.
- Συνεργασία με την ομάδα της κουζίνας για την ομαλή λειτουργία των υπηρεσιών.
- Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση είναι επιθυμητή.
- Πτυχίο ή πιστοποίηση στην μαγειρική θα θεωρηθεί πλεονέκτημα.
- Γνώσεις σχετικά με τις διαδικασίες υγιεινής και ασφάλειας τροφίμων.
- Καλή ικανότητα συνεργασίας και ομαδικής εργασίας.
