Η θέση αναφέρεται στον Head of North Greece, εδρεύει στο γραφείο της Θεσσαλονίκηςκαι περιλαμβάνει τα εξής καθήκοντα / αρμοδιότητες.
Projects & Contract Maintenance Coordinator
Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:
Διαχείριση TroubleTickets & Πρόγραμμα Τεχνικών
Καταχώρηση και παρακολούθηση trouble tickets: Λήψη, ταξινόμηση και κατανομή αιτημάτων/βλαβών στην τεχνική ομάδα.
Οργάνωση καθημερινών εργασιών τεχνικών: Συντονισμός επισκέψεων, επιβεβαίωση διαθεσιμότητας και ενημέρωση για πορεία αιτήματος / Υποστήριξη τεχνικών
Παρακολούθηση SLA & χρόνων απόκρισης: Διασφάλιση τήρησης συμφωνημένων χρόνων απόκρισης σε βλάβες και αιτήματα.
ΔιαχείρισηΣυμβάσεων (Έργων & Υπεργολαβιών)
Τήρηση και παρακολούθηση συμβατικών υποχρεώσεων: Έλεγχος συμμόρφωσης με όρους σύμβασης και ενημέρωση για λήξεις/ανανέωση.
Αρχειοθέτηση συμβολαίων: Διασφάλιση οργανωμένης αποθήκευσης φυσικών και ηλεκτρονικών αρχείων.
Συντονισμός για την επίλυση θεμάτων τιμολόγησης, πληρωμών, εγγυητικών και νομικών όρων.
Συντήρηση& Τεχνική Υποστήριξη – Back Office.
Καταχώρηση και επεξεργασία τεχνικών δελτίων.
Παρακολούθηση εξέλιξης εργασιών συντήρησης: Έλεγχος ολοκλήρωσης προγραμματισμένων ενεργειών, ενημέρωση πελατών και σύνταξη σχετικών αναφορών.
Συνεργασία με αποθήκη/προμηθευτές.
Υποστήριξη διαγωνισμών/προσφορών σε τεχνικό σκέλος: Συγκέντρωση τεχνικών στοιχείων, σύνταξη τεκμηρίωσης και υποστήριξη στη σύνταξη φακέλων.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
Πτυχίο Μηχανικού (ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ).
Τουλάχιστον 2-3 χρόνια εμπειρίας στην Παροχή Τεχνικής Υποστήριξης ή Διαχείρισης Έργων και Εξυπηρέτησης Πελατών.
Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας και του MSOffice (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Καλή γνώση Συστημάτων Ασφαλείας (π.χ. CCTV, AccessControl, Πυρανίχνευση κ.ά.) θα θεωρηθεί προσόν.
Ισχυρές οργανωτικές ικανότητες και άριστες δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας.
