Your main responsibility

• Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Management
  : Administer the
  Asset and Infrastructure Maintenance Management System (AIMMS)
  CMMS, ensuring accurate data entry, system updates, and overall functionality.
• Data Integrity
  : Maintain the integrity of CMMS data, including asset information, maintenance schedules, and work orders.
• Reporting
  : Generate and distribute regular reports on maintenance activities, performance metrics, and asset management to support decision-making.
• User Support
  : Provide technical support and training to maintenance staff on the effective use of the AIMMS system, addressing any issues or questions.
  Process Improvement
  : Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Compliance
  : Ensure compliance with
  Safety, Integrity, and Governance (SIG)
  standards, industry regulations, and best practices in maintenance management.
• Coordination
  : Work closely with other departments, including housekeeping and front office, to ensure seamless integration of CMMS data into broader operational strategies.

Your main qualifications/skills

• Education:
  Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Facilities Management or a related field.
• Experience:
  Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance or administrative role, with at least 1 year of experience managing CMMS systems, in the hospitality or facilities management sector, preferably in hotels or resorts. Proven experience in maintenance management, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
• Technical Skills:
  Experienced in any CMMS software, data management, and basic IT troubleshooting. Strong understanding of preventive maintenance practices and asset management.
• Familiarity with hotel/resort operations and equipment (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Language Skills:
  Proficiency in English, both verbal and written. Additional languages are a plus.
• Additional Skills & Competencies
  : Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  Relevant certifications in CMMS software or maintenance management.
• Industry Knowledge:
  Familiarity with hospitality-specific maintenance practices and standards.
