Project Coordinator - Sales Support

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες

  • Δημιουργία αναλυτικών προσφορών βάσει τωνσχεδίων που παραδίδουν οι Project Designers, ενσωματώνοντας όλα τα αιτήματα τουπελάτη αλλά και προτάσεις λύσεων που διευκολύνουν και αναβαθμίζουν την εμπειρίατου.
  • Παρακολούθηση της εξέλιξης κάθε project και διασφάλιση ότι ο πελάτης ενημερώνεται σωστά και έγκαιρα.
  • Έλεγχος διαθεσιμότητας προϊόντων και δέσμευσηςυλικών.
  • Συνεχής επικοινωνία με τον πελάτη γιαδιευκρινίσεις, ενημερώσεις, χρονοδιάγραμμα και παραδόσεις.
  • Αποκλειστικό πρόσωπο επικοινωνίας μέσωτηλεφώνου.
  • Διαχείριση παραπόνων και αναζήτηση λύσεων σε συνεργασία με τα αρμόδια τμήματα.
  • Συνεργασία με τον Προϊστάμενο Παραγωγής για τονέλεγχο χρόνου υλοποίησης.
  • Οργάνωση και παρακολούθηση χρόνου και τόπουπαράδοσης των παραγγελιών.
  • Συντονισμός μεταξύ παραγωγής, λογιστηρίου καιlogistics ώστε να εξασφαλιστεί η ομαλή ροή από την προσφορά έως την παράδοση.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Απόφοιτος Λυκείου ή ανώτερης σχολής (π.χ. Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Marketing κ.λπ.) – επιθυμητό
  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ (MS Office, Internet Βrowsers)
  • Ικανότητα εργασίας υπό πίεση και διαχείρισης πολλαπλών εργασιών
  • Ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων (Problem Solving)
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλών εργασιών ταυτόχρονα (multitasking) και σωστή ιεράρχηση προτεραιοτήτων
  • Υπευθυνότητα, επαγγελματισμός και προσανατολισμός στην εξυπηρέτηση πελάτη
  • Δυνατότητα εργασίας σε ομαδικό περιβάλλον

  • Γνώση ξένης γλώσσας
