*A select number of positions require full-time in office attendance*

As a Game Production Coordinator you will work directly with the dedicated Game Producer and external developers to assist with day-to-day production tasks and help ensure deliverables stay on track. You'll help monitor development progress and serve as a communication point between development teams and internal stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:

  • Assist in coordinating between 3rd party platforms, services and developers
  • Help track development milestones and maintain project documentation
  • Support developers with scheduling and organizing post-launch content releases
  • Assist with updating project roadmaps and content delivery schedules
  • Help monitor live game operations and content release processes
  • Prepare status reports and updates for the Game Producer and team leads
  • Coordinate meetings and facilitate communication between team members
  • Help identify and escalate production issues or blockers to the Game Producer
  • Maintain project files, documentation, and tracking systems
  • Assist with organizing and scheduling development tasks

What you'll need to be successful:

Must haves:

  • 2+ years of industry experience in project coordination or production support
  • Experience supporting at least one shipped F2P title during development or live operations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of game development processes
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through to completion
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Google Docs

Nice to haves:

  • Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence preferred
