Key Responsibilities
*Strategic Leadership*

  • Act as a trusted business partner to the Managing Director and regional leadership, shaping and executing the cluster's people strategy.
  • Translate corporate HR objectives into actionable local initiatives that support business growth and organizational effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance and support on organizational design, talent planning, and workforce development.

*Integration & Change Management*

  • Lead the integration of HR systems, policies, and processes across all countries in the cluster.
  • Ensure alignment of HR operations, compliance, and culture post-integration, fostering consistency while respecting local specificities.
  • Drive change management and communication initiatives to support transformation and engagement.

*Operational Excellence*

  • Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and training.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies across all countries in the cluster.
  • Develop and monitor HR metrics, budgets, and workforce planning to ensure operational efficiency.

*Talent & Development*

  • Lead talent acquisition and retention efforts to secure and develop key capabilities in the region.
  • Support leadership development, succession planning, and learning programs to enhance managerial effectiveness.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including at least 3-5 years in a managerial or regional leadership role.
  • Proven experience in multicountry HR management
  • Strong understanding of HR operations across multiple markets.
  • Demonstrated success in leading integration or transformation projects.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability, capable of operating both at strategic and operational levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional regional languages a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
  • Pragmatic and action-oriented ("doer" mentality).
  • Collaborative leader with a global mindset.
  • High integrity, empathy, and credibility at all organizational levels.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-changing environments
