Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Διαχείριση και εκτέλεση της μηνιαίας μισθοδοσίας, με έμφαση στην ακρίβεια και τη συμμόρφωση με τις νομικές απαιτήσεις.
  • Παρακολούθηση και καταχώρηση δεδομένων (ώρες εργασίας, άδειες, αλλαγές στοιχείων εργαζομένων).
  • Υποβολή εισφορών και φορολογικών υποχρεώσεων στις προβλεπόμενες προθεσμίες.
  • Σύνταξη συμβάσεων /διαδικασία πρόσληψης
  • Υποστήριξη σε ελέγχους, σύνταξη αναφορών και έκδοση σχετικών βεβαιώσεων.
  • Επικοινωνία με εργαζομένους για μισθολογικά θέματα και κάλυψη λειτουργιών του HR, όταν απαιτείται.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο HR, Οικονομικών, Λογιστικής, Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφούς κλάδου.
  • Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση εργατικής και ασφαλιστικής νομοθεσίας.
  • Εμπειρία σε μισθοδοτικό πρόγραμμα HRM Pylon / payroll συστήματα
  • Δυνατότητα συνεργασίας με εξωτερικούς λογιστές και ελεγκτικούς φορείς.
  • Άριστη γνώση MS Office και ηλεκτρονικής αρχειοθέτησης.
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα, οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.
