Marketing Manager New Business
, για να στελεχώσει το τμήμα Marketing και να συμβάλει στην ανάπτυξη της στρατηγικής της εταιρείας.

MARKETING MANAGER NEW BUSINESS

Αρμοδιότητες Θέσης:

  • Σχεδιασμός και υλοποίηση ολοκληρωμένων στρατηγικών marketing για την κατηγορία των σνακ
  • Ανάπτυξη και διαχείριση brand plans (ATL, BTL & digital ενέργειες)
  • Συντονισμός λανσαρισμάτων νέων προϊόντων και ανανεώσεων συσκευασιών
  • Συνεργασία με διαφημιστικές και digital agencies για καμπάνιες επικοινωνίας
  • Παρακολούθηση των τάσεων αγοράς, συμπεριφοράς καταναλωτή και ανταγωνισμού
  • Ανάλυση απόδοσης ενεργειών και reporting προς τη Διοίκηση
  • Διαχείριση προϋπολογισμού marketing και εξασφάλιση αποδοτικότητας

Προφίλ Υποψηφίου
:

  • Πτυχίο BSc/MSc στο Μάρκετινγκ ή σε συναφή τομέα
  • Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος σε Marketing ή Brand Management θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
  • Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας και MS Office
  • Τουλάχιστον 5 έτη εμπειρίας σε ανάλογη θέση στον κλάδο των FMCG (ιδανικά σε τρόφιμα ή σνακ)
  • Εμπειρία σε digital & performance marketing θα εκτιμηθεί ιδιαίτερα
  • Ικανότητα στρατηγικής σκέψης, ηγεσίας και συνεργασίας με cross-functional ομάδες
  • Δημιουργικότητα και εμπορική αντίληψη
