Netsteps, an official Shopify Plus Partner and one of Greece's leading digital agencies in eCommerce development and digital marketing, is looking for a Mid-Level Project Manager with a passion for client success and digital transformation.

You will join a growing team managing Shopify Plus projects for leading global eCommerce brands, ensuring smooth delivery, excellent communication, and measurable business results.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end Shopify Plus and eCommerce projects for international clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, marketers) to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
  • Track project progress, budgets, and KPIs to maintain transparency and accountability
  • Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify opportunities for account growth
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in digital, eCommerce, or tech projects
  • Excellent client communication and account management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
  • Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Shopify or Shopify Plus
  • Background in Account Management or Client Success
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or Asana
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
