Στον Όμιλο Divani Colection Hotels ενδιαφερόμαστε να προσθέσουμε στο ανθρώπινο δυναμικό του Ομίλου μας, και ειδικά στο ξενοδοχείο DIVANI CARAVEL στην Αθήνα ,  Υπάλληλο Υποδοχής / Reception για το τμήμα του Front Office.

Αρμοδιότητες

  • Υποδοχή των πελατών του ξενοδοχείου
  • Διεκπεραίωση των διαδικασιών check in/ check out και χρεώσεων
  • Eξυπηρέτηση επιθυμιών πελατών, concierge.
  • Διαχείριση κρατήσεων μέσω τηλεφώνου/ e-mail, online συστημάτων & λογισμικών.

Προσόντα

  • Άριστη επικοινωνία και επαφή με πελάτες και συνεργάτες.
  • Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας, επιθυμητή γνώση δεύτερης ξενης γλώσσας.
  • Επαγγελματική εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε ξενοδοχείο 4* ή 5* (θα συνεκτιμηθεί).
  • Kαλή γνώση ξενοδοχειακών προγραμμάτων (κατά προτίμηση Protel).
  • Άριστη γνώση H/Y, MS Office
  • Διαχείριση Online Booking Engines (channel manager, primal res,webhotelier)
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα και ικανότητα συνεργασίας.
  • Oργανωτικό και επικοινωνιακό προφίλ.
  • Παρατηρητικότητα και μεθοδικότητα.
