Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Συντονισμός και έλεγχος των μελών της ομάδας για την επίτευξη των στόχων της παραγωγής
  • Διαχείριση, καθοδήγηση και εκπαίδευση της ομάδας με στόχο την καλυτερη δυνατή εμπειρία εξυπηρέτησης.
  • Παρακολούθηση KPI's, σχεδιασμός προτάσεων και ενεργειών απαραίτητων για την επίτευξή τους
  • Οργάνωση των δραστηριοτήτων της παραγωγής και συνεχής παρότρυνση των μελών της ομάδας
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
  • Απαραίτητη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας σε ικανοποιητικό επίπεδο.
  • Απαραίτητη η εξοικείωση στην χρήση Η/Υ και συστήματων crm.
  • Απαραίτητη η εμπειρία σε θέση team leader τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε τηλεφωνικό κέντρο.
  • Επιθυμητή η εμπειρία σε έργα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών στον κλάδο της ενέργειας.
