Starting with the role:

Currently, we are searching for an
Account Manager
to join our team in
Aspropyrgos

During your day you will:

  • Develop and maintain strong and long-term relationships with customers
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements to maximize profits according to companies' policy.
  • Ensure fast resolution of issues according to the needs and of every customer
  • Visit companies' partners and customers on a regular basis.
  • Propose and develop new business activities with existing customers and / or identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare managerial reports on the account's status
  • Retain existing waste producers by providing prompt customer services
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
  • Track weekly and monthly performance and waste collection metrics
  • Assist routers and team to meet and exceed goals
  • Make sure that all HSSE company directives are applied, identify potential QHSSE risks in daily activities and operations and actively participate in risk reduction initiatives

What you need to stand out:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Εngineering, Business Administration or other related field
  • Master's degree will be considered an asset
  • 1-2 years in sales as Area Sales Representative or Account Manager
  • Strong working knowledge in MS Office
  • Knowledge in ERP systems preferable SAP
  • Verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English
