Slovak-Speaking Customer Service Agent – Join us in Greece
Are you a strong communicator with a passion for helping others? Do you dream of living and working in one of Europe's most historic countries? We're looking for a dedicated and service-minded Slovak-speaking Customer Service Agent or Agent to Technical support to join our team in Athens, Greece
Location: Athens, Greece or remote anywhere in Greece (we'll ship all necessary equipment)
Start Date: May, June and July
EU Passport Required
Starting date: 15/07/2025 or 11/08/2025
Your Role:
As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be part of a dynamic international team supporting customers of major global brands. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Providing friendly and efficient solutions to customer issues

Recording and updating customer information in our system
What You'll Bring:

Fluency in Slovak (C2 level – written and spoken)

Solid English skills (B2 level)

Excellent communication and decision-making skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage challenging situations

Basic technical skills
