About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and communicative Customer Service Representative fluent in Dutch to join a dynamic, international support team in Greece. In this fulltime position, you will be the main point of contact for customers: youll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and clarify bookings, payments or other service questions always delivering professional, reliable support via phone and email. Youll join a multicultural team, working with empathy and efficiency to ensure customer satisfaction across diverse markets.

What You Bring

  • Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written), plus a good command of English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with tools such as Office365, CRM platforms or similar internal systems
  • Problem solving attitude, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Previous experience in customer support or contact centre environments is an advantage
  • Interest in travel or accommodation related services is a plus
