Senior Infrastructure & Identity Cloud Engineer is responsible for the development/implementation and operation of IT Systems in the cloud (Oracle cloud, Microsoft Azure, AWS).

Responsibilities:

• Contributes to the modernisation of the architecture and the basic technologies of PPC FiberGrid (indicatively, OCI, Azure, AWS)
• Contributes to the recording of technical requirements for the development and implementation of the PPC FiberGrid systems
• Cooperates with the Department of Functional Support to Digital Systems Development & Operation of PPC Group to ensure optimal use of common infrastructure and systems, as well as the implementation and operation of the network system interfaces with the Group's systems
• Actively participates in the design and development of computing systems for telecommunication services on the cloud
• Effectively manages infrastructure system vendors and monitors the respective contracts
• Provides technical guidance to the engineering team
• Ensures the availability, performance and security of Cloud environments
• Supports all project teams for the smooth completion of the assigned projects, according to the plan
• Provides support and correspondence in cases of emergency

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in systems/networks/Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems or another technological discipline or a Bachelor of Science from a University, Technological Education Institute or College
• At least 5 years of working experience in the implementation, configuration and smooth operation of IT infrastructure systems
• Experience in the implementation, configuration and smooth operation of information systems at an IT solution or a telecommunications provider will be an asset
• Required experience in Identity & Governance (e.g., IAM, RBAC rights, Enterprise Applications for SSO identification/authorisation, as well as establishment of Access Packages using Policies in Azure or OCI)
• Experience in infrastructure design (Low-Level Designs - LLD, High-Level Designs - HLD, Business Requirements Documents - BRD) and preparation of corresponding documentation
• Required experience in ALB, NLB and DR failover systems in Azure or OCI
• Comprehensive knowledge of networking (Subnetting, Supernetting), routes management between internal networks, NSG's and ACL's
• Required knowledge in managing SSL certificates from CA and private CA providers (SSL offloading)
• Required knowledge in Web Servers (Nginx Reverse proxy, Apache)
• Required knowledge in the management and implementation of technical projects
• Desirable experience with tools such as Lens, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Ansible and PowerShell scriptin
• Required experience with IaaC Scripting (Terraform or Bicep)
• Desirable knowledge in Azure DevOps Git Repositories and CI/CD pipelines
• Desirable knowledge of s2s VPN's, ExpressRoutes Circuits in Azure or FastConnect Circuits in OCI
• Oral & written communication and presentation skills in both Greek and English
