Τι θα κάνεις στην πράξη

IT Support & Operations

  • Θα αναλύεις και θα επιλύεις σύνθετα τεχνικά ζητήματα (hardware, software, δικτύωση)
  • Θα διαχειρίζεσαι το ticketingsystem (ITSM), με escalation, rootcauseanalysis και τεκμηρίωση
  • Θα συντονίζεις εγκαταστάσεις και συντηρήσεις workstations, mobile συσκευών και περιφερειακών
  • Θα υποστηρίζεις cloud περιβάλλοντα (OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, shared resources)
  • Θα διαχειρίζεσαι credentials, MFA, προσβάσεις και εταιρικές κάρτες

Υποδομές & Ασφάλεια

  • Θα εποπτεύεις ComputerRooms, UPS, switches, firewalls και τηλεφωνικό κέντρο (3CX) σε δύο σημεία παρουσίας
  • Θα εφαρμόζεις πολιτικές IT security, endpoint protection και patch management
  • Θα συμμετέχεις σε ISO / ITIL διαδικασίες και ελέγχους
  • Projects, Vendors & Evolution
  • Θα συνεργάζεσαι με εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες και 2ndlevelsupport για troubleshooting και βελτιστοποιήσεις
  • Θα συμμετέχεις ενεργά σε ITprojects, roll-outs, migrations και αυτοματισμούς
  • Θα αναλαμβάνεις ownership σε μικρά–μεσαία IT έργα, με tasklists, deadlines και reporting

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Να έχεις ιδανικά πτυχίο Πληροφορικής ή πτυχίο σε συναφή τομέα
  • Να θέλεις να εξελιχθείς, αποκτώντας ownership και ρόλο σε IT έργα
  • Να διαθέτεις πολύ καλή γνώση Windows, Office 365, Active Directory
  • Να έχεις καλή κατανόηση δικτύων (TCP/IP, DHCP, VLAN, VPN)
  • Να έχεις εμπειρία σε ticketing systems, remote tools και asset management
  • Να επικοινωνείς άνετα στα Αγγλικά (γραπτά & προφορικά)
  • Να έχεις οργανωτική σκέψη, πρωτοβουλία και διάθεση mentoring
