Responsibilities:

  • Participates in the design of communication strategies for new products, services, and promotional activities
  • Ensures brand consistency across all promotional and communication materials of the Company, maintaining guidelines and corporate identity
  • Prepares briefs for partners of the Group's Corporate Affairs and Communication General Division in collaboration with the Advertising Director
  • Builds and maintains strong partnerships with the Company's Departments for better development, coordination and implementation of communication campaigns designed to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborates with the Company's marketing Departments to generate new ideas and strategies
  • Collaborates with internal and external partners, graphic designers, photographers and other specialists in producing materials that are integral to completing marketing and communication projects
  • Coordinates with agencies for the execution of assigned projects and tasks
  • Monitors developments in marketing and communication to promote ideas and innovative solutions
  • Stays informed and monitors competitors and their activities
  • Monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure campaign performance aligns with business objectives
  • Suggests changes to communication plans where necessary to ensure that costs for materials, media, and labor remain within defined limits and to guarantee the appropriate selection and use of media (media plan) for each product or service based on audience characteristics and needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a University
  • Master's degree in Marketing and/or Advertising will be considered an additional qualification
  • At least five (5) years of relevant experience in managing and implementing integrated advertising campaigns
  • Experience in managing digital campaigns and social media channels will be considered an additional qualification
  • Experience in communication and/or marketing roles or in an advertising agency will be considered an additional qualification
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
  • Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact)
  • Availability for urgent geographical relocations
