Υπάλληλο Τηλεφωνικής Εξυπηρέτησης Πελατών

Περιγραφή ρόλου

  • Διαχείριση εισερχόμενων κλήσεων τεχνικής υποστήριξης και εξυπηρέτησης εμπόρων αναφορικά με τα τερματικά τους μηχανήματα (POS)
  • Πενθήμερη 8ωρη απασχόληση σε σε κυλιόμενες βάρδιες (εύρος ωραρίου 07.00 π.μ μ.μ.)
  • 2 Σαββατοκύριακα / μήνα (με αντίστοιχα ρεπό)

Requirements

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ ή Απολυτήριο Λυκείου
  • Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας
  • Καλή χρήση Η/Υ
  • Πρότερη εργασιακή εμπειρία σε τηλεφωνικό κέντρο - επιθυμητή
  • Επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά με διάθεση εξυπηρέτησης των πελατών & ομαδικό πνεύμα
