Αρμοδιότητες:
- Η διασφάλιση ποιοτικής, άμεσης και εξειδικευμένης εξυπηρέτησης των πελατών στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο
- Καταχώρηση παραγγελιών
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών μέσω fb, chat
- Ενδυνάμωση της σχέσης του πελάτη με την εταιρεία
- Επιθυμητές σπουδές ΑΕΙ/ ΤΕΙ/ ΙΕΚ
- Επιθυμητή εργασιακή εμπειρία σε ανάλογη θέση σε call center ή customer support ή πωλήσεις
- Άριστος γραπτός και προφορικός λόγος
- Καλή γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Εξοικείωση με χρήση Η/Υ (internet, social media κλπ)

- Ικανότητα να αναγνωρίζει τις ανάγκες του πελάτη
