Heraklion, Crete, Greece Flip Flop Holiday Full time €30,000 - €35,000 per year

Our growing company (DMC) is looking for:

· A booking agent for our reservation department

Main duties:

  • Handling reservations, prepare travel itineraries (vouchers) and respond to customers (emails and telephone calls)

  • Entering and managing records in our internal systems

  • Customer service (mail & phone)

Required qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge of French (at least level B2) and English

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Ability to organize information & being flexible

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Diligent and eager to learn

  • Previous experience in tourism (incoming) is obligatory
