Ο Logistics Specialist στον Ασπρόπυργο είναι υπεύθυνος για τη διαχείριση της αποδοτικής παράδοσης νέων μισθωμένων αυτοκινήτων στους πελάτες μας. Ο ρόλος αυτός διασφαλίζει την ομαλή λειτουργία των logistics μέσω του συντονισμού μεταφορών, της παρακολούθησης χρονοδιαγραμμάτων και της διατήρησης αρχείων.

Αρμοδιότητες

  • Διενέργεια αυστηρών επιθεωρήσεων και ελέγχων όλων των εργασιών συντήρησης και επισκευής για τη διασφάλιση της ποιότητας σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα της Avis, τα πρωτόκολλα ασφαλείας και τους κανονισμούς.
  • Εξασφάλιση έγκαιρης και ακριβούς παράδοσης οχημάτων στους πελάτες.
  • Εντοπισμός και εφαρμογή ευκαιριών για τη βελτίωση της αποδοτικότητας των υπηρεσιών και τη μείωση των χρόνων παράδοσης μέσω της βελτιστοποίησης διαδικασιών, εργαλείων και ροών εργασίας.
  • Κύριο σημείο επαφής για τους πελάτες κατά τη διαδικασία παράδοσης, αντιμετώπιση ερωτήσεων ή θεμάτων.

Requirements

  • Απαραίτητη εμπειρία 2 χρόνια σε παρόμοιο ρόλο
  • Επιθυμητός τίτλος σπουδών ΑΕΙ-ΤΕΙ
  • Καλή γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Καλές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
