We are looking for a talented & passionate E-shop Operations Assistant Supervisor for our Logistics Center in Aspropyrgos

Role Responsibility:

• Team Support & Supervision:
  • Assist in leading and supervising a team of e-commerce associates to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Provide coaching and support to team members to enhance performance and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to operational workflows, and performance metrics, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Inventory & Order Management:
  • Help manage inventory levels and ensure product availability for online orders.
  • Monitor order fulfillment, ensuring orders are processed, packed, and shipped in a timely manner.
  • Work with the warehouse team to resolve inventory discrepancies or issues related to order fulfillment.
• Process Improvement:
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction within the e-commerce operations.
  • Help develop and implement operational best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Customer Service Support:
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve customer inquiries or issues regarding orders, returns, or product availability.
  • Help resolve operational issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth understanding of industry and company best practices for the warehouse
• Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems
• Fluency in English
