Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and optimize transportation activities to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and customers to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Utilize ERP systems to track shipments and generate reports.
  • Resolve logistical issues and provide innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Successfully establish a new transport lane in Greece to expand network capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years' experience in the international transport sector, with a strong understanding of international road transportation, imports/exports and supply chain processes.
  • Proficient in using ERP systems for logistics and operations management.
  • Fluent in English and Greek, both written and spoken; fluency in German is an asset.
  • Results-driven with a proactive, "get-things-done" attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork.
  • Strong attention to detail and well-developed problem-solving abilities.
  • A degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is considered a plus.
