Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Υποστήριξη του Διευθυντή Καταστήματος στη διοίκηση και οργάνωση του καταστήματος.
  • Ενεργός συμμετοχή στη διαχείριση και καθοδήγηση της ομάδας προσωπικού.
  • Συμβολή στη δημιουργία μιας άριστης εμπειρίας εξυπηρέτησης πελατών.
  • Επίβλεψη αποθεμάτων και παραγγελιών, εξασφαλίζοντας την εύρυθμη λειτουργία.
  • Συνεργασία για την υλοποίηση των στρατηγικών πωλήσεων και marketing.
  • Ανάλυση δεδομένων και συμμετοχή στη βελτιστοποίηση της απόδοσης του καταστήματος.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Εμπειρία 1 έτους σε θέση προϊσταμένου ή υποδιεύθυνσης καταστήματος.
  • Ικανότητες επικοινωνίας, ομαδικής εργασίας και ηγεσίας.
  • Εξαιρετικές δεξιότητες οργάνωσης και διαχείρισης χρόνου.
  • Πάθος για την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και τη δημιουργία θετικών εμπειριών.
  • Ευχάριστη και δυναμική προσωπικότητα.
  • Γνώση ηλεκτρονικών συστημάτων διαχείρισης και βασικών εργαλείων λογισμικού.

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα:

  • Σπουδές στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφές αντικείμενο θα θεωρηθούν επιπλέον προσόν.
  • Καλή γνώση αγγλικών.
  • Εμπειρία σε περιβάλλον λιανικής πώλησης μεγάλων αλυσίδων.
