Grecotel Hotels & Resorts, the leading hotel chain in Greece, is seeking a Bar Manager to join its team for the 2026 season. As a Bar Manager, you will lead and oversee the bar operations, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction taken care of by following the company's SOPs. The Bar Manager reports directly to the Assistant F&B Manager. At Grecotel, we believe that our people are the cornerstone of our success. Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise the bar staff, including bartenders and baristas
  • Plan and coordinate bar operations, including inventory management and ordering supplies
  • Create and update cocktail menus and beverage offerings
  • Train and develop staff on mixology techniques, menu knowledge, and customer service skills
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and guidelines
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Bar Manager in a high-volume bar or restaurant
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with staff and customers
  • Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, and wine
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
  • Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset
