Experienced Medical Secretary

JOB TITLE

Experienced Secretary for Medically Assisted Reproduction Unit

Role Responsibilities

· Manage patient reception and front-desk operations

· Handle prescriptions, including medications and diagnostic tests

· Coordinate and manage the appointment schedule

· Respond to incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and other communications

· Issue receipts and assist with financial documentation

· Provide couples with financial information, including available payment plans

· Manage test results and ensure timely communication to patients

Requirements

  • Holder of a Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent use of English (written and spoken)
  • A second foreign language will be considered as an asset
  • Previous experience in the healthcare services sector and knowledge of e-prescription systems are desirable
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Organizational and communication skills
  • Reliability, confidentiality, and a proactive mindset
