Commercial Support Agent

This position plays a critical role within the Commercial department to secure the smooth progression of all processes related to the Account Management of the Corporate Segment. The role is responsible to provide support to the members of Account Management team in several tasks such as the preparation of client proposals and reporting. The role is part of the Account Management Team which is comprised by Account Managers & Executives as well as the Head of the team.  

Position Summary:

• Distribute communications to related departments in a timely manner when needed
• Ensure records are accurately updated and stored responsibly in accordance with company policy
• Update daily and / or weekly all CRM systems, with the respected contracts and or terms for our clients
• Maintain a professional rapport with external and internal customers
• Work alongside other departments to ensure protocol is being followed in compliance with company policy
• Have a close cooperation with Legal Department as far as terms & conditions for external clients is concerned
• Perform administrative duties such as making reports, printing, photocopying and sending emails, and ordering office supplies

Qualifications & Skills:

• Academic background: general education degree or equivalent (University Degree will be preferred)
• Minimum 2 years in a similar position, preferably in a complex commercial environment
• Very good command of English - verbal and written
• IT literate with excellent command of MS Office suite
• Customer service experience
• Excellent Customer service skills
• Knowledge of CRM tools and relevant system applications
• Knowledge of supporting and administrative processes
• Effective on rapport building to develop trust and strong relationships with clients 
• Ability to manage data collection and filing
• Ability to multitask
• Strong listening skills
• Being able to use empathy (Interpersonal sensitivity) 
• Be able to divert pressure and keep calm under stressful conditions
