Το αναπτύσσει μια νέα ψηφιακή πλατφόρμα για φοιτητές, απόφοιτους και νέους επαγγελματίες, με στόχο την ουσιαστική διασύνδεση με την αγορά εργασίας, την επαγγελματική καθοδήγηση και την πρόσβαση σε νέες ευκαιρίες. Για την ενίσχυση της ομάδας ανάπτυξης, αναζητούμε έναν/μία Business Developer, με στόχο την υποστήριξη στρατηγικών πρωτοβουλιών και την ενεργή συμβολή στην ανάπτυξη του project.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Υποστήριξη στη διαμόρφωση και υλοποίηση στρατηγικής ανάπτυξης της πλατφόρμας.
  • Συμμετοχή στην αναζήτηση συνεργασιών, επιχειρηματικών ευκαιριών και (προαιρετικά) χορηγιών.
  • Δημιουργία και παρουσίαση επιχειρηματικών προτάσεων και βιώσιμων λύσεων.
  • Ανάλυση KPIs, trends και benchmarking της αγοράς.
  • Παρακολούθηση ανταγωνισμού και υποβολή τακτικών αναφορών.
  • Συμμετοχή σε εσωτερικά εβδομαδιαία meetings και συνεργασία με την Project Manager και το HR.
  • Υποστήριξη fundraising ενεργειών και δικτύωσης (όπου απαιτείται).
  • Επαφή με χρήστες/εργοδότες για συλλογή feedback και αξιολόγηση βελτιώσεων.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Σπουδές ή μεταπτυχιακό σε Business Administration, Οικονομικά, Marketing ή συναφές αντικείμενο.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (γραπτά & προφορικά).
  • Γνώση MS Office (ιδίως Excel), Google Drive, KPIs monitoring.
  • Ικανότητα στρατηγικής σκέψης, ανάληψης πρωτοβουλιών και ομαδικού πνεύματος.
  • Βασική κατανόηση των εννοιών B2B και επιχειρησιακής ανάπτυξης.

Επιθυμητά (όχι απαραίτητα):

  • Προηγούμενη συμμετοχή σε εθελοντικά ή επιχειρησιακά projects.
  • Εμπειρία σε fundraising, pitching ή business networking.
