Our company, which operates in the sector of parapharmaceutical products and aesthetic medicine products based in the area of ​Chalandri, Athens, is looking for a Business Development Associate, for immediate recruitment in a full-time onsite position.

Responsibilities

  • Research new markets, clients, and suppliers to support expansion.
  • Assist in preparing outreach strategies and materials.
  • Organize schedules, correspondence, and databases/digital tools (CRM, Excel, Airtable etc).
  • Track actions, keep pipelines updated, and ensure smooth project progress.
  • Contribute to business initiatives, with opportunities to increase responsibility over time.

Requirements

  • Tech-savvy: Excel, Outlook, and basic CRM familiarity.
  • Analytical mindset with strong organization and follow-through.
  • Proficient, concise written communication in English and Greek.
  • Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and initiative.
