About the Role:

As a Farmina Brand & Nutrition Specialist, you will be the face of Farmina within the pet retail environment, acting as a trusted advisor to both customers and professional partners. This role combines customer interaction, nutrition education, field execution, and brand representation. You will bring Farmina's philosophy to life inside stores by offering expert nutritional guidance to pet parents, strengthening relationships with store teams, and ensuring that Farmina products are presented in a way that reflects our premium positioning. You will be actively involved in Farmina's field activities—from in-store consultancy days to outdoor events—where your ability to connect with people, share knowledge, and inspire trust will directly contribute to brand growth. This role requires a proactive and engaging personality, someone who enjoys being on the move, interacting with diverse audiences, and creating value through education and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Host in-store Nutrition Consultancy Days – interact with customers, present the Farmina Pet Care Program, and drive sales of Farmina products.
  • Train store employees – educate them about Farmina's products, philosophy, and nutrition consultancy approach.
  • Execute merchandising activities – ensure proper product placement on shelves, maintain visibility, and utilize Farmina promotional and merchandising tools.
  • Participate in outdoor events – engage with pet parents at public venues and events.
  • Support company KPIs – engage professional partners (stores, groomers, etc.) in Farmina's projects and initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Genuine interest and curiosity about the pet world.
  • Goal-driven attitude with the motivation to achieve objectives.
  • Initiative – the ability to act proactively and take responsibility.
  • Strong engagement and interpersonal skills – capable of initiating discussions and creating meaningful connections with partners and customers.
  • Understanding of target audiences and the ability to apply an appropriate communication approach.
  • Excellent communication skills – extroverted, positive, and persuasive.
  • Willingness to learn and continuously develop knowledge and skills.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel

Languages:

  • Greek language – mandatory;
  • English considered an asset
