Position: Accounting Assistant in Authorized Motorcycle Service Center

We are looking for an experienced
Accounting Assistant
to join our team at our authorized motorcycle service center (Honda – SYM – Daytona – QJ), operating in a brand-new, modern facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Issuing
    sales invoices and related documents
    through the
    Pylon ERP system
  • Recording
    supplier invoices and expenses
  • Managing and operating the
    Digital Customer Registry
    recently introduced by the
    Greek tax authority (AADE)
  • Supporting day-to-day accounting tasks and collaborating with the internal team
  • Communicating with suppliers and monitoring payment schedules

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience
    in a similar accounting role
  • Excellent knowledge of
    Pylon ERP (Epsilon Net)
  • Familiarity with
    AADE's Digital Customer Registry
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word)
  • Prior experience in sectors such as automotive repair, spare parts, or retail is a plus
