Το ξενοδοχείο ELIVI Skiathos, στο πλαίσιο της στελέχωσης για τη σεζόν 2026, αναζητά Cost Controller για να ενισχύσει το τμήμα της Αποθήκης και να συμβάλει στον αποτελεσματικό έλεγχο κόστους και αποθεμάτων. Cost Controller/Ass. Purchasing

Βασικές αρμοδιότητες:

  • Καταχώριση τιμολογίων και ενδοδιακινήσεων στο σύστημα

  • Καθημερινή διαχείριση των παραγγελιών των τμημάτων του ξενοδοχείου

  • Τήρηση όλων των διαδικασιών του ελέγχου και της καταγραφής του κόστους

  • Συμμετοχή στις μηνιαίες απογραφές της κεντρικής αποθήκης και Spot Check στις απογραφές των τμημάτων

  • Καταχώριση απογραφών στο σύστημα

  • Συνεργασία με τους υπευθύνους των τμημάτων για τη διασφάλιση της σωστής διαχείρισης των πρώτων υλών

  • Παρακολούθηση πωλήσεων και reports σχετικά με το κόστος

Απαιτούμενες δεξιότητες υποψηφίου:

  • Γνώση λογισμικών αποθήκης, ενδοδιακινήσεων και stock

  • Γνώση Micros POS

  • Ικανότητα αποτελεσματικής οργάνωσης εργασιών και διαχείρισης χρόνου

  • Γνώση στους κανόνες υγιεινής και ασφάλειας, καθώς και σε πρότυπα παροχής υπηρεσιών υψηλών προδιαγραφών (HACCP και ISO)

  • Γνώση αγγλικών

  • Ομαδικότητα, προσαρμοστικότητα, υπευθυνότητα

  • Επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά και συνέπεια

  • Γνώση κοστολόγησης και ελέγχου
