H MSPS ΑΕ, εταιρεία ολοκληρωμένων υπηρεσιών Marketing & Πωλήσεων με σημαντικούς πολυεθνικούς πελάτες, αναζητά Account Executive για την ομάδα του Retail Excellence στα γραφεία του οργανισμού στον Άλιμο.

Το τμήμα Retail Excellence της MSPS, εξειδικεύεται στην παροχή υπηρεσιών εμπορικής προώθησης και πωλήσεων, προσαρμοσμένων στις ανάγκες των πελατών. Εστιάζει πάντα στη βέλτιστη προβολή των brands εντός των καταστημάτων λιανικής, με στόχο ένα ολοκληρωμένο experience προς τους καταναλωτές και την ενίσχυση πωλήσεων των προιόντων. Μέσα από στρατηγικές ενέργειες trade marketing, mystery shopping και ανάλυση της αγοράς, οι υπηρεσίες μας έχουν σχεδιαστεί για να συμβάλλουν στην επίτευξη των επιχειρηματικών στόχων των πελατών μας.

Ο Account Executive είναι υπεύθυνος για να:

  • Συντονίζει την ομάδα των merchandisers και επιλύει καθημερινές απορίες και προβλήματα

  • Επικοινωνεί με την ομάδα και οργανώνει συναντήσεις

  • Επικοινωνεί με το τμήμα Logistics για τη λίστα υλικών που χρειάζονται οι πελάτες
  • Επικοινωνεί με το τμήμα HR για τις ανάγκες προσλήψεων και συμμετέχει και επικοινωνεί με τα εσωτερικά τμήματα της εταιρείας αναφορικά με αυτές
  • Συμμετέχει  στο onboarding των merchandisers αλλά και στην εκπαίδευση των merchandisers
  • Συμμετέχει με τον Account Manager στην δομή των reports τις ανάγκες του πελάτη και τις δυνατότητες των συστημάτων
  • Πραγματοποιεί επισκέψεις στην αγορά ώστε να γνωρίζει καλύτερα τις ανάγκες του έργου αλλά και του πελάτη και προχωράει σε προτάσεις βελτίωσης
  • Διεξάγει συναντήσεις με τον Account Manager σε καθημερινή βάση για την επίλυση καθημερινών θεμάτων που προκύπτουν και προτείνει βελτιώσεις στις διαδικασίες που αφορούν τον ρόλο

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
  • Πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα και κριτική σκέψη
