Key Responsibilities:

Voyage Execution & Monitoring

• Monitor vessel movements and ensure adherence to voyage instructions.
• Coordinate with ship masters, agents, and charterers to ensure timely loading/discharging.
• Negotiating Disbursement Accounts
• Track and report voyage progress, delays, and incidents.

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and review voyage-related documentation (e.g., NORs, SOFs, Bills of Lading).
• Ensure compliance with charter party terms and maritime regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of voyage activities and communications.

Stakeholder Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact between charterers, owners, and agents post-fixture.
• Resolve operational issues and disputes efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Shipping, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in post-fixture operations.
• Strong understanding of charter party agreements and maritime operations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in maritime software (e.g., Benefit) and MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple voyages simultaneously.
