Ποιες θα είναι οι αρμοδιότητές σου:

  • Συμμετοχή στο σχεδιασμό, την οργάνωση και την υλοποίηση των απαιτούμενων ενεργειών βάσει της επικοινωνιακής στρατηγικής στο πλαίσιο της της διοργάνωσης δράσεων προβολής για την προώθηση των Ελληνικων εξαγωγών.
  • Επικοινωνία και υποστήριξη συνεργαζόμενων φορέων και εξαγωγέων με στόχο την επιτυχία των δράσεων προβολής και τη μεγιστοποίηση του οφέλους για τους συμμετέχοντες.
  • Προετοιμασία υπηρεσιακών και εισηγητικών σημειωμάτων.
  • Δημιουργία εκθέσεων, αναφορών και απολογισμών.
  • Επιμέλεια στη σύνταξη διαγωνισμών, πρακτικών επιτροπών, προσφορών.
  • Συνεργασία με τα αρμόδια τμήματα για το συντονισμό και τη διοργάνωση των δράσεων προβολής.
  • Σύνταξη εγγράφων στο κρατικό πρόγραμμα «Διαύγεια».
  • Διεκπεραίωση τιμολογίων.

Απαιτούμενα προσόντα:

  • Απόφοιτος AEI/ΙΕΚ/ΤΕΙ ιδανικά Οικονομικής κατεύθυνσης/ Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων.
  • Αρίστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας σε γραπτό και προφορικό λόγο.
  • Πολύ καλή διαχείριση των προγραμμάτων MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες.
  • Πελατοκεντρική αντίληψη.
  • Πνεύμα ομαδικότητας και συνεργασίας.
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε ρόλο υποστήριξης πωλήσεων ή εμπειρία σε συμβουλευτική εταιρεία θα θεωρηθεί επιπρόσθετο
