Job Description

R&D Project Management Assistant

As an R&D Project Management Assistant you will:
  • Work independently and with a diverse team to perform a variety of administrative and coordination functions relevant to R&D, departmental, and organizational needs
  • Assist with financial and project reporting
  • Communicate with external partners and support ongoing coordination processes
  • Support RID-related presales coordination tasks
  • Organize and archive project documentation
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop frequent, newsworthy announcements about technical and business achievements, milestones, and events
Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business Administration; an MSc or MBA is considered a strong asset
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in EU-funded projects
  • Solid understanding of IT or related fields
  • Proficient in negotiation and coordination with international partners
  • Strong analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Proactiveness, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team
  • Availability to travel frequently
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
