About the Role

Join our team as a
Service Engineer specializing in automation electronics
. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of industrial digital printing machines, providing both hands-on technical expertise and remote support.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial digital printing machines at customer sites.
  • Providing technical software support, including peripheral programs and system integration.
  • Training customer operators on proper use, routine maintenance, and software handling.
  • Managing service tickets, organizing spare parts, and coordinating consumables orders.
  • Creating and maintaining detailed technical reports for service activities.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Degree in electronic engineering
  • At least 1-2 years of experience required (previous experience in the field of Graphic Arts will be considered an additional qualification)
  • Proficient in English and Greek, both oral and written
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, including basic networking and infrastructure understanding.
  • Proficiency in using command-line tools (CMD for Windows, Terminal for Linux).
  • Familiarity with graphic design software is an advantage.
