Λογιστικό Γραφείο στο Κέντρο Θεσσαλονίκης αναζητά νέο συνεργάτη για τη στελέχωση του Τμήματος Μισθοδοσίας.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες:

  • Διαχείριση και υπολογισμό Μισθοδοσίας

  • Εφαρμογή των κανονισμών της εργατικής και ασφαλιστικής νομοθεσίας για την τήρηση των υποχρεώσεων απέναντι σε δημοσιές υπηρεσίες και ασφαλιστικά ταμεία

  • Διεκπεραίωση και χειρισμός διαδικασιών σχετικών με τη μισθοδοσία (προσλήψεις, αποχωρήσεις, πίνακες προσωπικού, άδειες, ασθένειες κ.λπ.)

  • Έλεγχος και υποβολή ΑΠΔ, ΦΜΥ καθώς και όλων των σχετικών υποχρεώσεων

  • Συμμετοχή σε άλλες υποστηρικτικές ενέργειες ασφαλιστικής ή/και εργατικής νομοθεσίας

  • Επικοινωνία και υποστήριξη πελατών σε θέματα εργατικών

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο τριτοβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης Οικονομικής Κατεύθυνσης

  • Γνώση εργατικής και ασφαλιστικής νομοθεσίας

  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης προθεσμιών

Ικανότητα συνεργασίας και επικοινωνίας με πελάτες και συναδέλφους

Επιπλέον θα εκτιμηθεί:

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση

Γνώση του προγράμματος Hyper Axion της Epsilonet
